Ghanem Group executive Chef Jake Nicolson is coming to Lagoon House Restaurant and he's bringing the groups newest addition, Lúc Lắc, with him.

The spectacular new restaurant, opened in October 2024 in Brisbane's Queen's Wharf, has already been lauded for its bold Asian-inspired flavors, "tropical-chic" aesthetic and unmissable cocktail list.

Jake is joined by Penny Grant of Shaw + Smith, who will pair the iconic Australian label's finest drops with the exciting takeover menu.
